Airmail Pro Subscription Not Recognized on Another Device (Pro Settings Missing or S1/S2 Show False)

Airmail Pro is a single subscription that works on all your Apple devices (Mac, iPhone and iPad) signed in with the same Apple ID. Because Airmail is distributed exclusively through the App Store and runs in Apple's sandbox, the subscription is validated by the App Store receipt on each device and synced via iCloud Drive. If a device does not recognize your subscription, the Pro section may be missing from Settings, or the values S1 and S2 at the bottom of the Airmail Pro tab may show false.
Follow these steps on the device that does not recognize the subscription:

1. Check your Apple ID. Make sure the device, and in particular the App Store app, is signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase Airmail Pro.
2. Enable iCloud Drive for Airmail. On Mac: System Settings > your name > iCloud > iCloud Drive > Apps syncing to iCloud Drive, and make sure Airmail is enabled. On iPhone or iPad: Settings > your name > iCloud > Saved to iCloud, and enable Airmail.
3. Update Airmail to the latest version from the App Store.
4. Restore your purchase. Open Airmail > Settings > Plans (Airmail Pro) and select Restore Purchases, then wait a few seconds.
5. Restart the app. Fully quit Airmail (Cmd+Q on Mac, or swipe it away in the app switcher on iOS) and reopen it.
6. Verify. In Airmail's Pro settings, S1 and S2 should now show true and Pro features should be unlocked.
7. If S1 and S2 still show false after these steps, confirm that your subscription is active in Apple's Subscriptions page (Settings > your name > Subscriptions on iOS, or App Store > account settings on Mac), then contact our support team with your Airmail version, OS version and the S1/S2 values so we can investigate.
8. Note: Airmail never asks for your Apple ID password and does not require any additional system permissions to validate your subscription. Everything happens through the App Store and iCloud.
