Creating Local/Offline Folders (macOS)

Problem

The user wants to create folders that store emails locally on their Mac, not synced to the email server.

Solution

To create offline/local folders in Airmail for macOS:

• Go to Airmail Settings → Accounts → click the + sign → Create Local Account.
• Once the local account is created, you can create folders inside it.
• Data stored in the local account will remain only on your device and will not sync to any email server.

This is useful for archiving emails locally or organizing messages that don't need to be accessible from other devices.
