# Data Detectors - Airmail for macOS

| This article is about the hyperlinks which are auto-detected in messages.
 Airmail makes it easy for you to selectively choose what information you would like hyperlinked in your   
 displayed emails. The choices Airmail provides are URL links, dates, and phone numbers, or even a 
 combination of these. To select which ones you would like to see, go to Preferences > Advanced > and 
 click on the ‘Detect in messages’ drop-down window as in the screenshot below.

 From the drop-down menu you can select “Links, Dates, Phone Numbers” or “Links, Dates” or “Links” only, 
 and finally, “None”, which means no information in your email messages will be hyperlinked.
