Empty Spam and Empty Trash Not Working (iOS)

Problem

The "Empty Spam" and "Empty Trash" functions do not work in Airmail on iOS after a recent iOS security patch update (e.g. iOS 26.3.1).

Solution

This is a known bug that may occur after certain iOS security updates. Try the following steps:

• Force-close the Airmail app and reopen it.
• Check for an Airmail update in the App Store and install it if available.
• If the issue persists, try reinstalling the Airmail app.
