Enabling Real-Time Inbox Monitoring
<h2>Problem</h2><p>The user's email accounts can send messages but not receive new emails in Airmail.</p><h2>Solution</h2><p>If accounts can send but not receive, check the following:</p><ul><li>Ensure <strong>Real Time Inbox Monitoring</strong> is enabled: go to <strong>Airmail Settings → Real Time Inbox Monitoring</strong> and enable it.</li><li>Check that notifications are enabled for each account: go to <strong>Airmail Settings → Notifications</strong> and verify each account is enabled.</li><li>Verify your internet connection is stable.</li><li>Try refreshing the inbox manually by pulling down on the message list.</li></ul><p>If the issue persists, try removing and re-adding the email account.</p>
