Family Sharing Not Working for Airmail Pro
<h2>Problem</h2><p>You purchased Airmail Pro on one device and enabled Family Sharing, but family members can't access Pro features on their devices.</p><h2>Solution</h2><h3>Check Family Sharing Setup</h3><ol><li>On the device that purchased Pro: go to <strong>Settings → [Your Name] → Family Sharing</strong></li><li>Make sure <strong>Purchase Sharing</strong> is enabled</li><li>Verify the family member is listed in the family group</li></ol><h3>On the Family Member's Device</h3><ol><li>Make sure they're signed into their own Apple ID</li><li>Open the <strong>App Store</strong></li><li>Go to their purchased apps — Airmail should appear there</li><li>Download/install Airmail from the family shared purchases</li><li>Open Airmail → Settings → Airmail Pro → <strong>Restore Purchase</strong></li></ol><h3>Important Notes</h3><ul><li>Family Sharing for subscriptions requires <strong>iOS 14+</strong> and <strong>macOS 11+</strong></li><li>The subscription must support Family Sharing (Airmail Pro subscriptions purchased after a certain date include this)</li><li>Older purchases may not be eligible for Family Sharing</li><li>If Restore Purchase doesn't work, the subscription holder may need to cancel and re-subscribe to get a Family Sharing eligible plan</li></ul><h3>Still Not Working?</h3><p>Contact Apple Support, as Family Sharing issues are managed at the Apple ID/App Store level, not within Airmail itself.</p>
