How to Add an Outlook or Exchange Account

If you are having trouble adding an Outlook or Exchange account:


  1. Go to your Outlook web login (outlook.com)
  2. Create an app-specific password in your account security settings
  3. In Airmail, choose the IMAP option to add a new account
  4. Use the app-specific password you just created


This method bypasses two-factor authentication issues.
