How to Fix Duplicate Emails in Airmail
If you are seeing every email twice in your Airmail inbox, this is likely caused by viewing multiple accounts in the "All Inboxes" view.
How to fix it:
- Click on the Account icon at the bottom of the sidebar
- 2. Select the specific account inbox you want to check
- 3. Verify if the duplicate emails still appear in that specific account view
In most cases, the "All Inboxes" view shows emails from multiple accounts linked to the same address, which causes apparent duplicates. Switching to a specific account inbox should resolve the issue.
If duplicates persist in a single account view, try the following:
- Go to Airmail Settings > Accounts > double-click on the affected account > User > Refresh Token
- - Restart the Airmail app after refreshing the token
