How to Fix IMAP/POP Account Connection Issues
If your IMAP or POP email account is not connected or you are not receiving emails:
- Go to Airmail Settings > Accounts
- Double-click on the affected account
- Make sure to enter the password in both the IMAP and SMTP fields
- Save the settings and restart Airmail
Both fields must have the correct password for the account to send and receive emails properly.
