How to Fix IMAP/POP Account Connection Issues

If your IMAP or POP email account is not connected or you are not receiving emails:


  1. Go to Airmail Settings > Accounts
  2. Double-click on the affected account
  3. Make sure to enter the password in both the IMAP and SMTP fields
  4. Save the settings and restart Airmail


Both fields must have the correct password for the account to send and receive emails properly.
