# How to Fix MX Record Issues Affecting Email Delivery

If you are not receiving emails in Airmail, the issue might be with your domain's MX (Mail Exchange) records, not with the app itself.

**To fix:**

1. Check your domain's MX records in your DNS settings
2. Verify they point to the correct mail server
3. Correct any misconfigured MX records through your DNS provider

Incorrect MX records prevent emails from being delivered to your mailbox regardless of the email client used.
