How to Print Emails from Airmail

Problem

You want to print an email from Airmail.

Solution

On macOS

1. Open the email you want to print
2. Go to File → Print in the menu bar, or press Cmd+P
3. The print dialog will appear
4. Select your printer and adjust settings
5. Click Print

Save as PDF Instead

1. Open the email
2. Press Cmd+P
3. In the print dialog, click the PDF dropdown at the bottom-left
4. Select Save as PDF
5. Choose a location and filename

On iOS

1. Open the email
2. Tap the share icon (arrow pointing up)
3. Select Print
4. Choose your AirPrint printer
5. Tap Print

Printing Multiple Emails

Currently, Airmail doesn't support printing multiple emails at once. You'll need to print each email individually.
