How to Request a Refund for Airmail

Refunds for Airmail subscriptions are handled exclusively by Apple. The Airmail team does not have direct control over the refund process.


To request a refund:


  1. Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find the Airmail purchase in your list
  4. Follow Apple's refund request process


Please note that refund approval is at Apple's discretion.
