Answer

Airmail purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. Airmail does not handle billing or refunds directly.

How to Request a Refund from Apple

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find the Airmail Pro purchase in your recent transactions
  4. Click "Report a Problem" next to the charge
  5. Select the reason for your refund request
  6. Submit the request

Apple typically processes refund requests within 48 hours.

Important Notes

  • Refund decisions are made by Apple, not by the Airmail team
  • You can also contact Apple Support directly for assistance
