How to Select All Messages in Airmail (Cmd+A)
<h2>Problem</h2><p>You want to select all messages in your inbox or a folder to perform a bulk action (archive, delete, move, etc.).</p><h2>Solution</h2><h3>On macOS</h3><p>Use the keyboard shortcut <strong>Cmd+A</strong> to select all messages in the currently visible list.</p><p>Once selected, you can:</p><ul><li>Press <strong>Delete</strong> to trash all selected messages</li><li>Press <strong>E</strong> to archive all selected messages</li><li>Right-click for more options (Move, Mark as Read, etc.)</li></ul><h3>On iOS / iPadOS</h3><ol><li>Open the mailbox or folder you want to manage</li><li>Tap <strong>Edit</strong> in the top-right corner</li><li>Tap <strong>Select All</strong> at the top-left</li><li>Use the toolbar at the bottom to perform your action (Archive, Trash, Move, etc.)</li></ol><h3>Tips</h3><ul><li>To select a range of messages on Mac, click the first message, then hold <strong>Shift</strong> and click the last message</li><li>To select individual messages on Mac, hold <strong>Cmd</strong> and click each message you want</li><li>If Cmd+A doesn't work, make sure the message list is focused (click on the message list area first)</li></ul>
