How to Use Send Later (Schedule Emails) in Airmail

Problem

You want to schedule an email to be sent at a specific date and time.

Solution

Send Later is a Pro feature in Airmail that lets you compose an email now and schedule it to be sent later.

On macOS

1. Compose your email as usual
2. Instead of clicking Send, click the dropdown arrow next to the Send button
3. Select Send Later
4. Choose the date and time you want the email sent
5. Click Schedule

On iOS

1. Compose your email
2. Long-press the Send button
3. Select Send Later
4. Pick the desired date and time
5. Confirm the schedule

Managing Scheduled Emails

• Scheduled emails appear in the Send Later folder in the sidebar
• You can edit or cancel a scheduled email before it's sent
• The email will be sent automatically at the scheduled time (your device needs to be on and connected)

• Airmail Pro subscription
• Device must be powered on and connected to the internet at the scheduled time
