"No Connection Available" Error on iPhone — Fix

Problem

Airmail on iPhone shows "No connection available" for all mailboxes, even though your phone is connected to the internet.

Solution

Step 1: Check iOS Cellular/Wi-Fi Settings

  1. Go to Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data)
  2. Scroll down to find Airmail
  3. Make sure the toggle is ON (green)
  4. Also check Settings → Wi-Fi and ensure you're connected

Step 2: Check Background App Refresh

  1. Go to Settings → General → Background App Refresh
  2. Make sure it's enabled for Airmail

Step 3: Reset Network Settings

If the above doesn't work:

  1. Go to Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset
  2. Tap Reset Network Settings
  3. This will reset Wi-Fi passwords but often fixes connectivity issues

Step 4: Reinstall Airmail

  1. Delete the Airmail app
  2. Reinstall from the App Store
  3. Re-add your email accounts

Note: This error can also appear temporarily during iOS updates or when switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data.
