# Omnifocus - Airmail for macOS

Airmail allows you to use OmniFocus to remind you to reply or act upon a message.

 1. Ensure that you install and open OmniFocus at least once before opening Airmail and then go to 
 Airmail Preferences > Services and enable Omnifocus as shown in the picture below.

 2. Right click an email and choose 'Send to' and then choose 'Create OmniFocus Task' (We recommend 
 to use the [shortcut key 'Z'](https://help.airmailapp.com/en-us/article/shortcut-send-to-services-airmail-for-macos-1rmdvu8/)). If you do not see 'Create OmniFocus Task’ check that OmniFocus is installe
 and reopen Airmail.

 3. A OmniFocus window should appear, if desired enter a project, context or change the title and click . 
 'Save’.
