Outlook Junk Folder Not Showing in Airmail

<h2>Problem</h2><p>Your Outlook or Microsoft 365 Junk/Spam folder is not visible in Airmail, so you can't check or manage junk emails.</p><h2>Solution</h2><h3>Step 1: Enable the Junk Folder in Airmail</h3><ol><li>Open Airmail</li><li>Go to <strong>Settings → Accounts</strong></li><li>Select your Outlook/Microsoft 365 account</li><li>Look for <strong>Folder Mapping</strong> or <strong>Mailbox Behaviors</strong></li><li>Make sure <strong>Junk/Spam</strong> is mapped to the correct Outlook folder</li></ol><h3>Step 2: Check Folder Subscriptions</h3><p>If the Junk folder still doesn't appear:</p><ol><li>Go to <strong>Settings → Accounts → [Your Outlook Account]</strong></li><li>Look for <strong>Subscribe to Folders</strong> or <strong>Folder List</strong></li><li>Find the Junk Email folder and make sure it's enabled/subscribed</li></ol><h3>Step 3: Refresh Folder List</h3><ol><li>Right-click on your account in the sidebar</li><li>Select <strong>Refresh Folders</strong> or <strong>Sync Folders</strong></li><li>Wait for the folder list to update</li></ol><h3>Step 4: Check Outlook Web</h3><p>Log into <strong>outlook.office.com</strong> and verify that the Junk Email folder exists and contains messages.
