# Snooze Not Working for Long Email Threads

If the snooze feature is not working correctly for an email thread:

This issue may occur when the email thread contains **more than 50 messages**. Very long threads can cause problems with the snooze function.

**Workaround:**
- Try archiving older messages in the thread
- Consider creating a rule to manage emails in that conversation
- If the issue persists, please contact support with details
