Settings | Composer
This article focusses on the settings to customise the email composer.
Tap the menu icon ≡ in the top left corner on the app, which will reveal the menu.
Tap on Settings
Scroll down to the composer section
This first option to set is Default Sender. The default sender is the account/alias that will be used when
creating a new message.
Tap on default sender to choose which email/alias to use.
To enable the sound to confirm that has been sent, enable this feature.
A long press on the send button, with this option enabled, will archive the entire conversation. A normal tap
on the send button will send the email as normal, without archiving related images.
Signatures can be placed either above or below the original email email when replying.
Quote refers to the original email. The default is for email signatures to be above the quote. Disabled this
feature to place the signature at the bottom of the email.
Extended Recipients option shows you more details about the recipients when you reply to an email.
