How to Add a GoDaddy / Microsoft 365 Email to Airmail

<h2>Problem</h2><p>You have an email account through GoDaddy (which uses Microsoft 365/Exchange) and need to add it to Airmail.</p><h2>Solution</h2><h3>Method 1: Exchange / Microsoft 365</h3><ol><li>Open Airmail</li><li>Go to <strong>Settings → Accounts → Add Account</strong></li><li>Select <strong>Exchange</strong> or <strong>Microsoft 365</strong></li><li>Enter your GoDaddy email address</li><li>You should be redirected to Microsoft's login page</li><li>Enter your password and authenticate</li></ol><h3>Method 2: IMAP (Manual)</h3><p>If Exchange doesn't work:</p><ol><li>Select <strong>Other (IMAP)</strong></li><li>Enter your email and password</li><li>Use these settings:</li></ol><h4>Incoming (IMAP)</h4><ul><li><strong>Server</strong>: outlook.office365.com</li><li><strong>Port</strong>: 993</li><li><strong>Security</strong>: SSL/TLS</li></ul><h4>Outgoing (SMTP)</h4><ul><li><strong>Server</strong>: smtp.office365.com</li><li><strong>Port</strong>: 587</li><li><strong>Security</strong>: STARTTLS</li></ul><h3>Troubleshooting</h3><ul><li>GoDaddy email uses Microsoft 365 infrastructure — treat it as an Exchange account</li><li>If authentication fails, try logging into outlook.office365.com first to make sure your credentials work</li><li>Your IT admin may need to enable IMAP access for your account</li></ul>
