How to Add a GoDaddy / Microsoft 365 Email to Airmail

Problem

You have an email account through GoDaddy (which uses Microsoft 365/Exchange) and need to add it to Airmail.

Solution

Method 1: Exchange / Microsoft 365

1. Open Airmail
2. Go to Settings → Accounts → Add Account
3. Select Exchange or Microsoft 365
4. Enter your GoDaddy email address
5. You should be redirected to Microsoft's login page
6. Enter your password and authenticate

Method 2: IMAP (Manual)

If Exchange doesn't work:

1. Select Other (IMAP)
2. Enter your email and password
3. Use these settings:

Incoming (IMAP)

• Server: outlook.office365.com
• Port: 993
• Security: SSL/TLS

Outgoing (SMTP)

• Server: smtp.office365.com
• Port: 587
• Security: STARTTLS

Troubleshooting

• GoDaddy email uses Microsoft 365 infrastructure — treat it as an Exchange account
• If authentication fails, try logging into outlook.office365.com first to make sure your credentials work
• Your IT admin may need to enable IMAP access for your account
