How to Disable Reply All by Default in Airmail

Problem

When you reply to an email, Airmail automatically replies to all recipients instead of just the sender.

Solution

You can change the default reply behavior in Airmail settings.

On macOS

1. Open Airmail
2. Go to Airmail → Settings (or Preferences)
3. Click on the Composing tab
4. Find "Reply All by Default"
5. Toggle it OFF

On iOS / iPadOS

1. Open Airmail
2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
3. Tap on Composing
4. Find "Reply All by Default"
5. Toggle it OFF

After disabling this option, pressing Reply will only respond to the original sender. You can still choose Reply All manually from the reply options when needed.
