How to Find Archived Emails in Airmail

<h2>Problem</h2><p>You archived an email and now can't find it. You need to locate archived messages in Airmail.</p><h2>Solution</h2><h3>Where Archived Emails Go</h3><p>When you archive an email in Airmail, it gets moved to the <strong>Archive</strong> folder (also called "All Mail" in Gmail). The email is not deleted — it's just removed from your Inbox.</p><h3>Finding Archived Emails</h3><h4>Method 1: Check the Archive Folder</h4><ol><li>Look in the <strong>sidebar</strong> for the <strong>Archive</strong> folder (or "All Mail" for Gmail accounts)</li><li>Click on it to see all archived emails</li><li>If you don't see it, expand your account folders in the sidebar by clicking the disclosure triangle</li></ol><h4>Method 2: Use Search</h4><ol><li>Click the <strong>Search</strong> bar (or press Cmd+F on Mac)</li><li>Type keywords from the email you're looking for (subject, sender name, etc.)</li><li>Airmail will search across all folders including Archive</li></ol><h4>Method 3: Check "All Mail" (Gmail)</h4><p>For Gmail accounts, archived emails appear in the "All Mail" label.
