How to Get the Console Log - Airmail for macOS
Occasionally, in a support ticket request, an Airmail support staff member may ask you for the Console Log
for Airmail so we can debug the problem you have reported. Following is a simple procedure to obtain this
log and send it to us.
- First, open the Console by clicking on “Spotlight” in the Menu Bar, type in “console” and hit “Return”.
This will open the Console.
- Highlight all the entries in the console window and “Copy” them. “Paste” them into the support ticket
email and send them back to us.
