Occasionally, in a support ticket request, an Airmail support staff member may ask you for the Console Log
for Airmail so we can debug the problem you have reported. Following is a simple procedure to obtain this
log and send it to us.

First, open the Console by clicking on “Spotlight” in the Menu Bar, type in “console” and hit “Return”.
This will open the Console.


Highlight all the entries in the console window and “Copy” them. “Paste” them into the support ticket
email and send them back to us.
