How to Use Snooze in Airmail

<h2>Problem</h2><p>You want to temporarily hide an email and have it reappear in your inbox at a later time.</p><h2>Solution</h2><p><strong>Snooze</strong> is a Pro feature that removes an email from your inbox temporarily and brings it back at a time you choose.</p><h3>On macOS</h3><ol><li>Select the email you want to snooze</li><li>Right-click → <strong>Snooze</strong>, or use the keyboard shortcut</li><li>Choose when you want the email to reappear:<ul><li>Later Today</li><li>Tomorrow</li><li>Next Week</li><li>Custom date/time</li></ul></li></ol><h3>On iOS</h3><ol><li>Swipe on the email</li><li>Tap <strong>Snooze</strong> (you may need to configure this in Action List settings)</li><li>Select the return time</li></ol><h3>Managing Snoozed Emails</h3><ul><li>Snoozed emails appear in the <strong>Snoozed</strong> folder</li><li>You can un-snooze an email by opening the Snoozed folder and moving it back to Inbox</li><li>When the snooze time arrives, the email reappears at the top of your inbox as if it's new</li></ul>
