How to Use Snooze in Airmail

Problem

You want to temporarily hide an email and have it reappear in your inbox at a later time.

Solution

Snooze is a Pro feature that removes an email from your inbox temporarily and brings it back at a time you choose.

On macOS

1. Select the email you want to snooze
2. Right-click → Snooze, or use the keyboard shortcut
3. Choose when you want the email to reappear:
   • Later Today
   • Tomorrow
   • Next Week
   • Custom date/time

On iOS

1. Swipe on the email
2. Tap Snooze (you may need to configure this in Action List settings)
3. Select the return time

Managing Snoozed Emails

• Snoozed emails appear in the Snoozed folder
• You can un-snooze an email by opening the Snoozed folder and moving it back to Inbox
• When the snooze time arrives, the email reappears at the top of your inbox as if it's new
