How to View Starred / Flagged Emails in Airmail

Problem

You've starred or flagged emails in Airmail but can't find them all in one place.

Solution

On macOS

1. Look in the sidebar for the Starred (or Flagged) folder
2. Click on it to see all starred emails across all accounts
3. If you don't see it, go to Settings → Favourites and enable the Starred folder

On iOS / iPadOS

1. Tap the sidebar/hamburger menu
2. Look for Starred in the folder list
3. If not visible, go to Settings and enable it in the sidebar configuration

How to Star an Email

• Mac: Click the star icon next to the email, or select the email and press L
• iOS: Swipe on the email and tap the Star action, or open the email and tap the star icon

Tips

• Starred emails sync across all devices since the flag is stored on the server
• In Gmail, "Starred" and "Flagged" are the same thing
• You can use different colored flags on Mac by right-clicking the flag icon
