POP3 Account Limitations in Airmail

POP3 accounts have certain limitations when used in Airmail:

• Do not empty the trash directly from the app for POP3 accounts, as this may cause issues
• POP3 downloads emails to the device and may not sync properly across multiple devices

Recommendation: If possible, switch to IMAP for better email management and cross-device synchronization.
